Questions
What to know before you start.
The service for my trade isn’t open yet: can I start?
Yes. Create your space and choose your trade: the team, access, the log and alerts are shared by every service. The service for your trade will be added as soon as it opens.
Can I use several services?
Yes. A business that does delivery and transport, for example, picks both: one space, one log. You can also add one later.
My staff have small phones and little network: will it work?
Yes. The team app is built for modest Android phones: big buttons, one step at a time. It records everything without network and sends it as soon as the connection is back, with no loss or duplicates.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. When a service opens a space for them, such as a seller or a tenant, they come in with their phone number and a code, no password. A parcel recipient only gets a code on WhatsApp.
I keep everything in Excel files: will I have to type it all again?
No. For delivery, importing your Excel files is part of the service: your files are taken over and checked before they are saved, with no duplicates, and an import can be cancelled.
Who can see my figures?
You, and the people you give access to, each according to their role. No other business. Not our team either, unless you open support access for a limited time.
Does ArenaTrust collect my customers’ money?
No. ArenaTrust records cash, Orange Money or MTN MoMo payments, but the money never goes through us.
What if I want to stop?
You download all your figures to Excel, free of charge, and leave with them.
